Description

The HASO SWIR wavefront sensor is our Shack Hartmann wavefront sensor based on InGaAs camera offering high accuracy, large dynamic range and speed over the SWIR 0.9-1.7 µm. HASO SWIR wavefront sensor is the ideal wavefront sensor for optical metrology and adaptive optics. Key features includes;

  • ~ λ/100 rms on the 0.9 – 1.7 µm wavelength range
  • simultaneous and independent measurement of both phase and intensity
  • true absolute measurement
  • large dynamic range
  • acquisition frequency up to 99 Hz
